This massage helps to relax and reduce muscle tension. It is excellent for general aches and pains (fascia and muscle release) and uses warm oil along with some stretching Thai-style techniques. Please note that this massage is intended to relax the muscles and is not suitable for addressing major pain symptoms (sciatica, trapped shoulders, major back pain, or knee pain).
